The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has retained Stantec Consulting Ltd., to undertake the Detail Design and Class Environmental Assessment Project for improvements to Highway 402 from the Blue Water Bridge (BWB) Plaza to 0.6 km east of Murphy Road, in the City of Sarnia and the Village of Point Edward, County of Lambton, as shown on the key plan below.
